Nordic Walking

The nordic walking? It is as of the cross-country skiing all year round!

Opened to all, sports and friendly, the nordic walking is a technique of training stemming from Scandinavian sports, it is practised by means of sticks in a steady speed, to do good smoothly!

There is no age old! That you come only, in couple or in family, this activity will adapt itself to every session according to the level of the groupe.

As a lot of sports activities the Nordic walking is also the opportunity to free the spirit of the daily stress, to take advantage of the open air, the nature and to practise a physical activity there to groupe.

Useful information

- Pack 3 days Every Mondays, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, all the saison.
-In the schedules of the collective courses the afternoon.
-Minimum 4 people.
-Package and Sticks of nordic walking included.
-The meeting point for private lessons is in front of the ESF chalet.
